QRP and QRPp QSO during ARRL Contest on 10m

 On Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 I am participating a couple of hours in the ARRL contest in 28 MHz CW. I use my FT-818, with vertical, 10 m End fed antenna on fishing pole.
I decide to use 1 watt, given the open propagation. I immediately connect: RK4FD (2485 km, Penza), UA4CC (2561 km, Saratov), R8TT (3004 km, Orenburg). I lower the power using an attenuator, and using 500 milliwatts, I connect: RM9I (Tomsk, Asian Russia, 4967 km), UA4W (Izhevsk), UC9A (Chelyabinsk, Asian Russia, 3555 km). Given the good propagation and low QRM in band, I lower the power again to 100mW, hoping to get lucky. I call RM9I, already connected with 500mW, and he also listens to me with 100mW, but he says, sorry! already connected, and he is right, so he does not give me the RST report.
I try again with 100mW, and there it is: RD4A (Volgograd, 2444 km), RX9WN (Ufa, 3210 km), UC4P, R4GM ( Kuznetsk, 2594 km).
Best Dx: RM9I, WITH 0.5 W, and 4967 km;
Best Link: RX9WN, with 0.1 W, 3210 km, equaling 32100 km per W.
